These plots are probably the best that will hit the market in 2015 - with title deed expected by beginning of 2016.

A limited number of investors will be allowed to participated in a block purchase of plots, and at this point in time it is still possible to pick the very best plots AND to influence
the exact size and location of the desired plots.

The plots are located about 5 minutes from the beach, 14 minutes west of Puerto Banus, and they are surrounded by 5* developments and hotels plus several
of the most beautiful golf courses.

The development will be a high security gated community within another gated community - villas only, and will count just over 100 plots of which two dozen are absolutely superior.

Marbella has only 3 or 4 locations where views like this are possible (Altos de Los Monteros, Alcuzcuz, La Zagaleta; and to a lesser degree Montemayor and Marbella Club Resort);
but NONE of the above have the easy access through a 5* gated development and the short distance to Puerto Banus this location has -

so there is no doubt this will be the #1 location in a few years.

We have made a pre-selection of plots, most south-west facing, with reasonable slopes and solid soil. The developer expects to price the plots at €6-700 at launch,
but we obviously expect a 30-40% discount through our bulk negotiation.

As the documentation is NOT final, we will probably pay only a 10% reservation fee, to be held securely and returned should the licence not be granted.
The remaining 90% will have to be paid at the time of title deed transfer, expected in in Q1/2016.

We are also elaborating several contemporary villa projects which could be completed in about 12 months from the title deed transfer, i.e. ready in Q1/2017 ready for the selling season.

The plots are located at an altitude of around 170m yet are only 5 minutes away from the beach, supermarkets, and luxury hotels / restaurants
