We make renovation safe and simple.
Renovating a house in Spain,
especially from a distance, requires specialized partners.

This ultra modern super luxury villa in Marbella... is actually a full renovation
1. We add technical know-how.
Before one starts, we do an objective feasibility study. A technical home inspection makes sure there are no hidden construction problems that may pop up later and blow the client’s budget.
Next, our architects evaluate the potential of a renovation - objectively, because not all homes can be renovated in a profitable or satisfying way. We tell clients the truth before they start, so they know exactly what they’re getting themselves into.
2. We add financial security.
Too many homeowners have lost big sums of money, paying cash advances to contractors for the purchase of materials. Sometimes, the money disappeared to pay the builder’s own debts, while the materials never arrived. We buy all materials on behalf of the homeowners and have them delivered when they are needed. Payments to the contractors are held in escrow until the work is done.
3. We add independent control.
We use independent, specialised quality control companies, to inspect the work of contractors.
Only when they give the green light, payments are released to the contractor.
The system also motivates the contractors to work with us, as they know that they will be paid promptly
once the job is done correctly.
A one-stop service.
All the above happens completely ‘in the background’. You get your own account manager; one single contact person that speaks your language and takes care of all internal coordination.
He takes care of you from the first intake call until the last details are finished.
The contractors can focus on their core business, construction, because we take care of all commercial, logistic, and financial administration for them.
After four decades of intensive development, the most desirable locations in Spain are almost fully built up. Obviously, the best plots were snapped up a long time ago, and what’s left is either less good or sold at a considerable premium.
Therefore, renovation is often the only option to get a modern home on top locations. It tends to deliver the same profit margins as developing villas from scratch - but returns come much faster.
For investors, the Renovators use their resources to identify those properties that offer the best risk-reward, and then to refurbish them and put them back on the market.
