We help you find and negotiate a building plot that fits your personal taste - and support your decision
with inside knowledge of legal issues, planning and licensing restrictions, the impact of topography on the building costs, etc.

Our in house architects can even show - with a professional 3D computer similation - how different models of villas would
fit on your plot and how they could be adapted to make best use of the views and the plot's features.

This also allows us also to get an insight in the construction cost for a particular plot. In Spain, the difference between a flat and a steep plot,
or between solid vs weak soil conditions, can easily mean a cost difference of €100000 or more.

Create your dream home design... in no time

For your convenience, we have a portfolio with dozens of pre-designed villas. These are well thought through, so they can be built efficiently.
Using existing plans as a basis also allows us to speed up the design process; and you can immediately see how each design would fit on your plot.

To personalise your design, we use the most advanced "BIM" architectural software,
seldom used in Spain, which allows us to estimate costs faster ànd provide professional 3D images of your villa in a matter of days.
This way, we can help you design your dream villa, if need be over the course of a single weekend.
The 3D images are so realistic that you can get a perfect feeling of what the house will be like,
and further modifications during construction - often the cause of delays and budget overruns -
are avoided.

Of course, if you prefer to start from scratch, just give us a few pictures of villas you like - and we'll create a completely
personal design for you.

Construction

There's only one thing we do not do: the construction itself. In the current market, there are plenty of competent builders
that are able to build to high standards and at very low prices. Each builder has his strengths and weaknesses; and
depending on the size and location of the villa, the quality level or speed required, we'll pick the builder that's most suitable for you.

We're not married to any single builder... but we do make sure they have the technical know-how, the organizational stability,
and the financial strengths that guarantee a hassle free process.
Often, they are managed by Belgian, Dutch, German or Scandinavian management - but always, they are building to the strictest
northern European standards.
